Drove past to find this today. It use to be our beautiful street tree. I am thinking our new neighbours builder has backed into it.  You can see the tyre makes behind. We found our water metre run over only a month ago  and now this. We only have the two items on our block and they have managed to run over both of them. They are either sight impaired or they just don't care. I am thinking the latter.

A long journey to settlement!

What a long journey it has been. We first inquired about the estate in March 2014. It is now Sept 2016 and the land is finally ready to house our new family home. We knew it would take a long time but never thought it would be this long. Anyway now we own a beautiful piece of this new estate and now the fun stuff can begin. We are building with beechwood and we have our colour selection appointment tomorrow.
